Online Application Instructions:

a. Click on the menu link to Create Account to Apply.
b. Fill in your basic details to register.
c. Login with Email and Password created.
d. Fill and Complete all aspects of the form that relates to your application.
e. Confirm changes before finally submitting.

You will not be able to make any changes after submission.
Print out your confirm Page.

Downloading Forms
Steps:
1. Download the application form.
Applicants will have to download the application form, from the website (www.miczd.lobadesk.com). Fill the form and attach a passport picture.

2.Submit completed applications
Kindly submit the application form using any of the following options.

a. By Post: P. O.Box 1627, Accra- Ghana
b. By E-mail: Scan completed application and email to:
arabicinstructors@miczd.gov.gh and copy (cc) info@miczd.gov.gh
c. In-Person:Copies of application form should be sent to the district offices of Islamic Education Unit
